Italian Fascism, the only REAL Fascism, was a blessing for the Italian people. My grandfather was a Black-shirt; he explained to me how ashamed, poor and unemployed the Italian people were after WW I. He said for 20 years Mussolini brought back pride, jobs and bread to the Italian people.
It's not about disagreeing with the State; it's about disloyalty to the State. If you see a program that you think could be improved, the State would like your input. But the moment you plot against the State or participate in any Communist activity, then you're an enemy, and rightfully so.
