I'm a firm believer that context matters on fit ratings. As in seeing them in action. Crocodile was breaking out of prison and still took the time to change out of his prison attire to make sure his drip was on point. He's easily one of the coldest characters in the show (and probably the best villain).

Actually, Hancock is her first name. Boa is her surname. In One Piece, the surname is listed before the given name.

Since they’re gonna soon do the time skip, y’all gotta mention the current and former emperors (Kaido, Whitebeard, and Big Mama). You have to mention the many outfits that Nico Robin and Nami wear from different arcs, I do believe those two are the only ones that get more then one outfit changes.

Every straw hat has multiple outift changes, especially post Fishman Island where pretty much every island has at least one for every straw hat. Opening songs also sometimes include additional outfits.

@@missbellaiza The first thing to come to mind is Afro Luffy and Trainer Ussop. Oh and Usopp also has his Thriller Bark exorcist drip. Franky has his initial masked outfit. I cant think off the top of my head for true pre-skip outfit changes for Sanji, Zoro, Chopper and Brook, though I feel like Monster Chopper and Pre-death Brook would enough changed context that they could be judged seperately, though I would understand if they aren't. Edit: wait does Sanji's dress in Kambakka count as pre-timeskip?

Doubt with the build that man has. The folds are easily explainable since he has a belt for his trousers meaning they are somewhat loose therefore his trousers gonna have folds in it.
