Hi amna , can we address the fact that websites of our Pakistani stores are so bad specially for those residing outside Pakistan that it is almost impossible to order online. Dara doesn't offer delivery option outside Pakistan ,koels website is a mess ,and the list goes on and on.

Amna Thank very much for sharing name of these brands . Behbud is very old and popular . Last time during covid I bought 3 kurtas from them ( shadow work with ralli appliqué + tarkashi with cross stitch boti + kacha tanka ) . I bought them around 8000 each . Now prices are gone very high . But definitely Worth it . I will explore all the brands you mentioned . ❤

Also, 'Ajrakh' literally translates to 'Aaj Rakh' - meaning keepibg it in the dye for a day or overnight. Yes, on cotton it doesn't look great and on silk, it's expensive. But here in Gujarat, India, it's done in Gajji Silk, which gives it a bit of a sheen too. Also, designers are innovating - Bandini and Ajrakh, together - these saris look beautiful!

I can suggest a few more that I found ‘nusrat sultana’ , ‘behbud crafts’ and ‘farah’s gulkari’. I think we should all support such businesses and support our local craft #feedback

Totally agree with none of the Pakistani brands have perfected the western fashion. Sizing is so bad particularly. I have tried sapphire, Ethnic and ONE in particular and none of their sizing was accurate. I would suggest never buying their clothes without trying them on first.

I Have to talk about LAAM! Yes, they have a lot of options BUT! It’s not all quality and they will not always send you the the style you see in the pictures they post. I can tell you a specific experience myself, I just ordered some outfits for Eid and although I received half my order before Eid, I ordered some thing that in the pictures was sleeveless, but I received some thing with full sleeves. And I thought maybe it was because I ordered a larger size that it was a slight shame issue, so I reached out to their customer service who definitely response back quickly, they said that we always send more modest version of clothes! So I am really upset because some clothes only look good in the style that they have pictured them in! Especially when you’re ordering all the way in the USA it’s not like you can return easily. And if it’s an unknown designer, they are not good with their tailoring and sizes. I have received pants that are two sizes too small for the shirt and recently shirt that has sleeves sewn for a much smaller size, and a neckline that you cannot get your head through and the fabric is terrible. So I feel like whenever I order from LAAM, I have to be prepared for at least half of the order being unwearable.

I recently purchased two Chickenkari Kurtas from Aafrinish after your review, including a 35K trusser silk kurta, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. The fabric and craftsmanship are subpar, far below what I expected given the high price. I cannot understand why this brand is being recommended or supported, as the product quality is very poor.On top of the owner Naizi is very ill mannered man
