Fashion Honors Autism Photoshoot Workshop 

FHA has designed creative and unique workshops to raise awareness about Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing environments that tackle common issues children living on the spectrum may face, including:
• Self-image and isolation based issues that can arise as they grow up with the disorder
• Confusion and misinterpretation of sensory needs as "bad behavior"
• Personal Development
In our fashion workshops, we work on solutions to these common issues. We expose mentees to careers in the fashion industry that may interest them, and offer one-on-one mentor relationships with professionals in the industry. Mentors teach mentees how to exude confidence through posing, walking the runway, and expression. Through this mentor program, mentees are also taught social skills needed to survive beyond the classroom.
