with skirt we are workinh in sets of 18st so one can work any sets of 18 ch to meet the width of their hips.
NOTE: make sure the width worked when stretched it can pass through your hips- i repeat WHEN STRETCHED this will give us the fitting rather than working something exactly your hips width.
this skirt is mor ute when well fitted as the shells iron out so fine
