I hope you emailed them back and told them it was due to their error with incorrect or faulty products!! 😮 think the smaller clip looks so much better!!! The original clip is quite long/bigger 😮 So much great strap action!! Yayyy I love the Coach chain strap!! Looks awesome!!!
I’m loving the chain strap look! It completely edges the look up. Plus a big thank you for the post on the petite Paris 15! I was in the pick up line at my son’s school when I saw it and had just enough time to order it before the cars started to honk 😂 I can’t wait! I knew they would do this bag and was so happy I got it before they sold out! You’re the best 🎉
My preference would definitely be the original CD strap with the original antique gold hardware. The CD on the bag itself is so prominent that the original hardware really lends itself to the overall vibe of the bag. My second choice is the Coach strap. It’s so pretty with the metal running through it. My third favourite is the camouflage strap. The gold colour running through that strap is the perfect gold tone for the bag. Those are my top three!

Hi Aaryn. I think all of the straps look great, but my top pick is going to have to be the camo strap. It’s so fun. The Coach strap would be my second choice. I like the variety you have.
I have to say there was not one strap I did not like. Having said that Camo if I had to pick was my least fav, and the Dior strap and the Coach with the metal on it were a tie for first 😊
Recently have seen/read several articles about companies becoming more stringent with their return policies, completely revising their return policies, flagging customers with high percentage of returns, and even refusing returns from certain customers. Fashionphile’s system probably only shows your purchase/return ratio without reason for return. Would hope that they do enter ‘Reason for Return’ which would show legitimate reasons for your returns and not ‘Did Not Like’ type reason. Voting for Original and Coach Strap.
That’s a bit annoying that they’re claiming your return rate is high when it was due to their mistake. I think you should email them and explain the situation because some of those returns weren’t your fault.
They all look good with it so you have several options. With the Dior strap I like it better with the dog leash clips because they are bigger and it brings more of the gold out in the hardware on the front of the bag. My package arrived today and I must say you had it packaged so well and it’s lovely. Thanks again and I hope you have a fabulous weekend.
