At some point, they're going to reveal that Dom has been in a mental hospital and is telling a doctor all about these insane adventures that he and his 'family' have been going on for the past few years, which was all in his head.

Cena's character is such a good spy, no one can see him, even through the franchise.

Fast 15 they'll finally reach reach a planet where they'll meet Riddick where Dom finds out he's a clone 😂😭🤣

The whole series been about "family" but you don't hear about his brother until this one. 🙄

The next one should tackle time travel...Back to the furious: A time travel saga.

I really didn't expect them to legit to go to Space. I thought they would just go to the upper atmosphere but they went all the way into space 💀

You hit the nail on the head, not only have the characters become flatter, but they've become invincible, so no matter how big they make the action you don't feel any stakes.

These things are just so off the rails, that you can look at a car swinging on a tiny rope with a stick and go "ok".

What does suspension of disbelief mean? “To allow oneself to believe that something is true even though it seems impossible the plot is ridiculous, but if you can suspend (your) disbelief, it can be a enjoyable movie.” This movie takes suspension of disbelief too far and fails to relate anything to the real world.

God damn it, now you made me want a Transformers x Fast and Furious crossover. Picture it, Dom Toretto going 100 miles an hour inside Bumblebee, who ejects him out after flying up a ramp and transforming to punch Starscream in the face while Dom wingsuits between buildings to get aboard a Decepticon doomsday device to plant a couple bombs, all while the other Autobots and drivers keep the ‘cons occupied. Han whipping Mirage around street corners planting stealth mines. Ludacris and Tyreese inside Prowl, screaming about how much fun they’re having kicking ass with the robo-police. Letty inside Warpath blowing shit up and screaming. Lucas Black and Bow Wow drifting around in Cliffjumper and Windcharger, running from the Stunticons. Pure chaos.

So I hopped out of this franchise after seven because it got way too crazy for me. But now I'm pissed because the same people who said I was taking this too seriously and don't know how to have fun are saying that nine is too crazy for them. I'm sitting here looking at them like so all the stuff that was crazy like Vin Diesel bring down a parking garage by stopping his foot. Them driving a Lamborghini from building to building to building, bringing down a plane with some grappling Hooks and four crappy SUVs on the world's longest Runway. Along with all the other ludicrously ridiculous stuff from 7 and 6, all that was fine. Why has this one, in particular, jumped the shark

I wish that they’d label it as a Sci-Fi/Action Adventure movie versus just Action Adventure. I have been convinced for quite sometime that they are SuperHeroes with superhuman powers & instant healing abilities! Dom is literally Wolverine without the adamantium claws! He is indestructible! The movie is stupid, but is just as entertaining as the rest of them. I enjoyed it! However, it definitely had a LOT of “What tha FUCK!?” Moments…

Why is no one talking about how Dom subtley tells his son that he's God?

I know a lot of the focus is put on the outrageous wacky 'stunts' (and rightly so) but I think what is also dragging the franchise down is the Toretto family 'drama', which I am sure Vin Diesel thinks is very deep and insightful. Dominic Toretto worked best in the first couple of movies when there was some mystery to the character. Now we know too much about his personal life (and a lot turns out is not that interesting or well written) and Vin Diesel seems ignorant to the tone of his own franchise by trying to be serious and bringing all this drama. 4-5 movies ago, they should have started to make each movie revolve around one person in the crew. Toretto could have still been the main character (because, you know. Diesel's ego) but have the actions (or past) of somebody else in the crew set the events of each movie in motion.

Hobbs & Shaw was more realistic than this. And that had straight up sci fi and had super soldiers in it.

Avengers: We have a Hulk. Fast 9: We have a Toretto.

You know what NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT?! The fact that Charlize Theron has the potential to be an ABSOLUTE BADASS (IE Atomic Blonde where she’s literally whooping more ass than Dom HIMSELF) but instead they simply kept her in that glass box the ENTIRE MOVIE!

I saw this in a nearly filled theater (IMAX too) and the most that was given was chuckles and snickers at the stupidity on display. There is a very good reason this legit was seen as trash in China. This series has finally and literally jumped the shark, by belly flopping it to death. And all we are getting is the stinky, tired old fumes from an empty, worn tank. X)

I own the first 3 movies. I rewatch them all the time..soo much fun. The rest of them I only have or will watch once. Disposable. I do like diversity of the cast throughout the series. Seeing people that look like me and my friends making iit ,is awesome.

This is probably the 8th movie review Ive watched about F9. And the best and funniest. I was weary about the length of this video but man... u guys are hilarious. This was actually entertaining And btw... u not spoiling the movie at all. Its probably the only movie th CANNOT be spoilt...

*No spoilers here.* F9: THE FAST SAGA was supposed to come out in 2020, but it got pushed back a year. I see that as a blessing in disguise... because it has been released on the FAST & FURIOUS franchise's 20th anniversary! As usual, we get action sequences that would be more enjoyable if the characters were actual super-heroes (I can't suspend my disbelief to this degree!) and a scene where Dom Toretto talks about the importance of family, blood or not, while eating meat and drinking beer. However, both this one and THE FATE OF THE FURIOUS make the same mistake: To pretend that everyone present at the barbecue is part of the circle. Mia Toretto returns, because she felt she needed to be a part of this particular mission. And while she does contribute to saving the day, it's odd how she doesn't appear in the flashbacks that explain her family history (including the opening scene, which by the way feels it came from an entirely different movie in terms of tone). Well, she does appear in one, but you wouldn't know that unless you read the credits. She's not referred to by name, she doesn't have any lines and the camera doesn't even focus on her in a way that would make the viewer think she's anything but an extra. By the way, there's a scene where she's supposed to be speaking Spanish, yet it's clearly Portuguese. There's another scene where Dom's son Brian asks "Where is God?" and his dad replies "In your heart." What could I say to that but "Barf!"? Now, does this installment surpass the previous ones in any way? Yes! More than one, actually: 1) The best music score. 2) The biggest number of cameos, whether it's a returning cast member and/or a celebrity. 3) The largest quantity of self-referential jokes. I'm sorry, but acknowledging that you've written your heroes to be practically invincible (which decreases the stakes) doesn't mean much if you keep doing it regardless. Also, don't have your characters talk about the importance of the laws of physics when they inhabit such a cartoonish world. 4) The most extensive amount of pop culture references, which eventually gets tiresome. There's even a point where it feels like the story comes to a halt just so 2 people can compare the situation they're in to other movies. It goes something like this: "I'm like Luke Skywalker." "No, you're not." "You're right. I'm like Han Solo." "Wrong again. You're like Yoda." "Ah, because I'm so powerful?" "No, because you're a puppet." Ummm... A puppet is used in real life to portray him, but the character itself isn't one, so this exchange doesn't work. 5) The most shameless use of the "Revealing a dead character is actually alive" trope. Don't worry; it's not a spoiler, because all of the advertising features Han Seoul-Oh. The explanation of how he survived causes more questions than answers due to the lack of details. Also, just because you understand a situation like this from a logical point of view, it doesn't mean your emotions will allow you to accept it. Seeing a person you believed to be deceased in person messes with your head, even if someone else tells you in advance that they're about to show up. Also, if that person staged their own death, you would probably resent them from keeping that a secret. 5/10

I don't know what's funnier the review they are doing or my reaction to it? Either way I'm having a great time. This is worth it, and why we want Double Toasted to live a long and healthy life

I'm glad Korey and Martin did not give this movie a pass. I think even Korey knew this movie was shit. Yes, you lose the human element and then it becomes noise. Justin Lin shit on his characters and made Han a ridiculous, convoluted messy character. The whole movie is a mess tbh
