FAST AND FURIOUS !!! STINGER T-750 RACING RC DELTA WING: ESSENTIAL RC FLIGHT TEST

The Stinger arrives as a kit without any electronics so you can decide on the power system you want to install. The foam kit takes minutes to glue together. 2 elevon servos are required and these can be hot glued in and then hooked up to the provided push rods. Jason opted for a hot 4 cell setup that pushed this streamlined wing along at about 120mph. He also had the elevon throws turned up to the max and this made for some impressive high speed blur rolls. The high speed was complimented by some nice stable slow flight characteristics. The stall is fairly benign and easy to catch.
Jason installed the following electronics to complete the Stinger T-750,
60A electronic speed controller (ESC)
3536-1780kv brushless motor
1800~2400mAh 4S 65C
7x6.5 APCe propellor

Forget about funfighter motors just go get a good drone motor Tmotor Brotherhobby etc 2650 - 3000kv.crazy fast! Check my vid above out.

Thanks for the video.Just bought mine from value hobby n I'm gonna be using Brotherhobby Avenger 2507 2750kv motor with a 4s 1300mA 100c battery or 1800/ 2200mA 40c battery and a 6x4 APC prop.can't wait for the maiden flight.video to be posted on my page soon.if u want it here too let me know.

Update :I maidened my stinger T750 today with same set up I had for my scratch build Fyzo speedy.speed was pretty ok but Not as fast as my scratch build confirmed.im gona make a video of the flight soon.

@@EssentialRC did u follow COG as in manual? Seemed slightly nose heavy with that.

@@fyzobaba I suspect we did, yes. Can't remember. Go with what you prefer just don't it so far back it gets pitch sensitive on the stick.

Do instructions show where COG is on the plane? Does this model require a lot of up reflex in neutral postion? Thanks

I saw one on Valuehobby and checked out this video. Bought a kit and put the guts from my Rochobby Swift in it. 3400 kv on 4s and has run fine on stock esc..Crashed my Swift and tried to find a replacement fuselage but ended buying a new one overseas and this Stinger was perfect for a gut swap. Was done in about 40 mins but switching to a new receiver and swearing off AR400 s forever.

Sounds UNDER prop'ed to me, a lot of noise, quick yes, but not that quick, especially for 4s, great flying and great vid thanks for sharing....

Just got one of these myself, but I was hoping you'd share info on battery size, a look inside the fuse, CG info and what did you do about the ailerons not lining up with the wing if you lined them up with the fuse and vice versa. Missed opportunity to share some useful and valuable information...

We're always happy to answer polite questions even if people can't be arsed to read the video description. 🙄 Anyone used to foam bashing would find it easy to work through little challenges like that. Lipo 1800~2400mAh 4S or 2200~2600mAh 3S. Propeller 7x6.5 for 4S or 8x6 for 3S

@@EssentialRC thank you for the condescending comment, but you didn't answer any of my questions. I'm quite capable of putting planes like this together, thank you very much, been doing it for years, but as it was stated in the video the instructions were in Chinese and a little tricky to translate some of the info provided. Would have been useful to share details about the aileron issue and CG (if it was by the book or not). Also, a bit of a tight squeeze to get a 2200mah 4S in this fuse, so again, missed opportunity to explain how this was done. Please note, I'm not just writing this for me, there are a lot of people out there that could use this info. Especially on a plane that doesn't have a lot of content on RU-vid. Just saying...

@@AussieRCPlayground there are many models like this out there... i have a zeta blaze... just find out cog for similar plane and use your experience if manual has no cg picture... just maiden in a soft grassy area... so you wont do any damage...not sure what you are talking about with ailerons... i have built over 50 foam planes..i never had issues fixing or setting up control surfaces to work the way i wanted...
