so the problem is that when you boil your chicken essence reaching to boiling point, it would break down those amino acids to nothing. Better use it to cook something else tbh or it would be a waste
pew pew exactly... So much wrong information being shared over here. Chicken Essence should not be cooked over heat, and this has a lot of calories for just a small packet 🙄
Porridge haven't cook well don't so fast place fish slices into it. Fish cooks really fast. If not then, fish taste like cardboard. Sesame oil added and heat like this is wasting it. Sesame oil aroma will lost under heat for long. Sesame oil put on top when serving for better aroma.
