I have trained under numerous coaches in Delhi but no one talked about these basics. Currently playing corporate cricket and I use Ramesh sir's guidance through these videos. I am a fast bowler playing for IIT DHARWAD cricket club and I always struggled with the runup issue. I often took short runup leading to excessive pressure on my shoulder leading to excessive pain. Now I think I have found the best way to choose a runup length. Lots of love and respect to Coach sir.

Extremely good video. This helped me a lot to fix my bowling run-up and bowling action. Previously I was not concentrating on jumping from my left foot before bowling and that was causing a lot of pain in my inner thigh. As I wanted to bowl fast my thigh muscles were taking a lot of effort without jumping in the run-up before bowling. Now the pain in just not there at all. ❤

Thanks a lot sir. Highly valuable insights. I used to slow down my run up to gain more accuracy, as with full speed run up, I can generate very good pace, but my line was going towards middle to leg stump. With this slightly slower run up, I realized, I was putting more strain on my shoulders to generate more pace, instead of generating more pace from run up. Will work on the tips you provided sir and will improve. Thanks again.

I have copied the run up's from the legendary bowler Hon. Andy Robert and got lots of success in my cricket career. But due to my height 5'6" I left paying and focused on my studies. I did Ph.d in chemistry from HBTI Kanpur, but still I love cricket and use to play daily with my grandchildren. I was also a very good batsman and fielder too. In batting I copied the Sir Vivian Richards and in fielding I copied Sir Eknath Solkar. Played with many legendary cricketer's of the world and they praised me a lot. Now I am 64 years old person and use to play only to keep fit myself. Anyway I am satisfied with my career in science and technology. In our time there was no or very little amount was paid to cricketer's. I am a nephew of cricket legend Shri Ramesh Saxena ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ All the best to all of the cricketers.❤❤
