you can be the best actor in the world with the best script in the world, but when your cinematographer/cameraman and color grading and cutting guy sucks, then your movie will probably suck too. the producer has to see that and do something about it, but it's usually a matter of budget and time.

Everything about this movie is bad. Don’t even attempt to watch it. I say, “attempt” because there’s no chance you can finish it. That’s not a challenge. I’m begging you don’t watch this movie. Please give the trailer a thumbs down.
