Hello I've been working on this all day but when I get to the part for the three to six adjustment after row 7 it doesn't add up..all rows prior are proper stitch count is there an error on that section????????? Doing this for a baby shower in two weeks n baby is expected to weigh 10 pounds at birth which is why I choose 3-6 size

So I am trying to mathematically correct the pattern for a 12-15 month-sized Hoodie. This is so cute and I just happen to have some Chenille yarn that I got it Dollar Tree that'll be perfect for this. I'm now a subscriber since I just found your channel. I'll also be sending this video to my 10 yr old granddaughter who loves to crochet. If nothing else good comes out of covid quarantine it at least gave me the opportunity to teach her to crochet just like my mamaw taught me at around the same age. Its so rewarding seeing her choose what hook she wants to use as well as her cute little face when she askes "Grandma can I have this yarn to make something?" She asked me for a skein a few days ago that was earmarked for something but I just couldn't say no to that face and of course she now has it. I can always replace it when needed and I sure wouldn't want to do anything to cause her to loose her creative idea by refusing her. Shes so good about always returning my hooks to the proper place when finished. She has her own hooks but didn't have them with her the last time she was with me. Thanks for sharing this video and thanks for making it so detailed and nice and slow. I know she will be able to follow without even needing my help but she knows her old Grandma is always either right by her or just a video chat away. Merry Christmas everyone and God bless

I had, what I consider to be, the best grandma anyone could ever hope to have and promised myself, when I was still quite young, that I would try to be as good a grandma to my grandkids as she had been to me and my siblings. I thought to myself, if I could be even 1/2 as good at being a grandma as she had been then my grandkids would be lucky, especially considering how things have changed in the world just in my lifetime. Not many grandmas my age have the luxury of getting to help raise their grandkids due to work and other responsibilities. I'm able to have this time unfortunately due to a physical disability resulting from a fall at work in 1997. My grandkids are my life and I'm so lucky to have them around me most all the time.

I had a question for you, if you happen to see this: I would love to make this for my daughter, but she's moving into 6-9m clothes now. Looking at the pattern, the different sizes seem to only increase by one stitch, so I was wondering if I simply added an extra stitch to the pattern, do you think it'll be doable to make this in the next size up?
Can I use regular crochet yarn...instead of the chanelle. I like crocheting with the regular yarn. The chunky doesnt slide thru the loops that easy. thanks!

Hiya, I've been crocheting for a few years now, self taught using youtube, i've always wanted to make a baby jacket so i found this one, i love it! made for my chubby 4 month old baby grandson Brodie, i left the ears off as mum would like a small pom pom, the instructions you gave were perfect, very easy instructions to follow, (i usually make baby blankets so he has lots of them lol) I'm now looking for a baby cardigan for him for spring time... Hello, I was wondering if you had any patterns from 6 months onwards? I've tried looking on your Etsy page but I can't find anything that matches this video for 6 months and older. Could you please post which patterns would best suit. I'm looking for The sizes that are bigger than 6 months but I don't want to be buying multiple patents to get 6 months to about 24 months.

This is such an easy tutorial and pattern to follow, but I seem to be getting ridges in my work!, I think it's from turning my work after each row? So decided to crochet the second sleeve in the round and my work is a lot smoother and stitches more uniform! Is there any way I can get the same effect whilst turning my work?
Is your counting in the 3-6 month not correct , its says 5 in the begining and end of row 2 and in row 3 again. That does not adup with my work. Am i wrong or is there a mistake in the patern?
You are not following the pattern. Read carefully and see at the beginningof "(1) 1/2 dc IMPORTANT at the 1st space at the beginning of the base. ( , ) THEN 5 1/2 dc. .....She also has a , at the end instructing place 1/2 dc at the end. I might not have explained it well. But I made the same mistake, I slowed down and noticed where I 1st went wrong. Hope this helps the next person. ❤
