Fast food: Bad for your brain? BBC News Review

The story :
Ultra-processed food affects people’s mental abilities. That’s according to a new study in Australia which found older people were affected negatively by things like fast food and fizzy drinks. Meanwhile, research in the UK found almost 75% of calories in school lunches come from ultra-processed food. Health experts have called for there to be a limit on this type of food for schoolchildren.

I really truly love learning english from BBC News Review. I cant explain why I love this useful academic footage but I just cant wait to see Neil, Sian, Beth for their instructions on English study. I was an ultra-addictive person spending most of my time on watching films and reading mangas. Over time when I reached the cap, there was no more films to watch. Because of this halirious situation, I escaped the cycle of wasting time.
