FAST - How to Install Dolly Tire Inner Tubes 4.10 3.50-4. This is how to repair a flat tire on a dolly and put an inner tube inside of a dolly tire. Fix a flat tire fast on a dolly hand truck. Very cheap and easy to do. I do not have any issues of the tire deflating anymore.

I used a big quick clamp bar clamp to hold one edge under the rim on a tough tire as it rested on my axle. Then I used a medium screwdriver to work the edge around under the rest of the rim. Only way I could get the tough tire on.

I just over an hour doing this only to pop my new tube. So frustrating… Key I’m missing was using a board to hold the wheel while adding air. I kept losing the valve and eventually punctured it.

I followed the directions, and used a tire iron to carefully stretch the tire back on the rim. The block of wood really helped stabilize the tire during the stretching and the inflation. Great instructions!

@@JRMSweepsWould it be easier to line up the inner tube valve with the hole while inserting the inner tube instead of having to line it up once the tube in in? Would that work or not? Very good video and very interesting. Thank you

Once i installed the inner tube, i can no longer push the tire back to the rim.... tried with pray bar, w40... help from a friend etc to no available... tire is just too rigid...

Take it to a tire shop and have them put the bead over the rim edge!

This looks and probably is an effective method, but when I pried with a screwdriver the wheel's flange bent before the tire was even close to slipping over the rim.

Unfortunately that happened. Aluminum wheels? Mine are steel so no bending. So did the tube not work because you bent your flange?

My tires are tubeless but have so many holes there's no fixing em. I got the tube in but I can't get the tire to go on. The bead is much stiffer than tires made for tubes I guess and I can't get it to go on to save my life. Guess I'll just have to keep trying.

The best alternative is then to go to harbor freight and buy new wheels. I want to say they're like $5 a piece.

@@JRMSweeps Was able to remove one side of the tire to extract the existing innertube. But it was somewhat a destructive process. I heard a steel wire of the tire snap! 🤣. Also in Canada, a replacement wheel same style, it's 25$. I tested the innertube in water and it look OK. I will let it sit for a few days...

You've got to joking the tyres are super tuff . Once you crease yourself trying to get that strong tyre off the rim using long screw drivers you have to pull the innertube out and struggle to push the new one in . Now comes the part where you puncture the new innertube trying to use the strength of big foot to try and bend the tuff unyielding tyre over the rim invariably stabbing the new innertube trying to man handle the tyre onto its rim .This job can't be done .You will at some point during the struggle to bend the tyre over the rim stab or prick the new innertube inside . Dont give people hope I've had 5 garages who change motorcar tyres all day won't touch those small tyres with innertubes. A tyre iron is 35 pound and rounded. 2 tyre irons will cost 70 pound .forget going anywhere near those small tyres with sharp screw drivers its a foregone conclusion you will puncture the new innertube . If anyone knows how to change an innertube on one of those bastard deli tyres show me and please don't kid me saying you can do it using screw drivers because you can't

Spray a little WD40 around the rim. It worked for me. Don't use the screwdriver to mount it. Use a small blunt object to start the mount then slowly push the tire slowly onto the rim. Hold down what you've done. It takes a lot of elbow grease but the WD40 helped it mount.
