hello I just found your channel today and these are the only tutorials that really motivated me to finally start learning crochet. hopefully I can start soon! by any chance could you do a video explaining how to read crochet "language" lol. your explanations are so easy to understand and relaxing at the same time I know I can sit down and crochet to them. again tysm for giving us the patterns and just everything!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE ALL OF YOUR VIDEOS!! This bear is absolutely adorable!! I’m going to start creating a bear army TONIGHT 🥳 thank you for this 💗💗💗💗
I absolutely love your videos and just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to do the tutorials. They are really helpful even for someone who is left-handed to learn.
Aww I'm so glad that you enjoy the videos and it's still helpful even as a left-hander! I recently discovered that left-handed crochet is just a mirrored image of right-handed crochet (I think). I was thinking of potentially mirroring some of my videos for lefties in future tutorials. Do you think that would be helpful? :)
Hi I’m also a new crocheter and my first projects were your turtles a frog and this bear🥰I made 4 plushies so far and I enjoy crocheting soo much…I only follow your yt videos cuz they are the best🥰thank you!
This was my first amigurumi project ever, and he turned out so cute! I plan on working a few more of your tutorials before moving onto just reading patterns, they are so helpful! Thanks for making these so beginner friendly!
Thank you for being a good mentor for this! I have been crocheting simple blankets for about a year so I know the very basics like changing to a new color beginning a new yarn if I run out of the current one and I have gotten good at it. Now I believe I am ready for something a little more advanced and I am happy to have found you on this crafty journey of mine! I look forward to learning more from you! Thank you ^^
Trouble with magic ring? I made so many with plush yarn with no success until someone suggested making a circle around your fingers with a smooth yarn then crochet plush yarn into the ring of smooth yarn. The smooth yarn can be pulled tight from either end.Tie all the ends later. Hope this helps!
Super cute!! Thanks so much for this pattern ❤ Question... This question is really about bobble stitches in general.... It seems like every plushy that I make with bobble stitches for arms and legs, Even though I do seem to be able to line them up correctly, They always seem to look a little uneven because of the way that they slightly stick out in a particular direction. So, one of the arms and legs always look like it's going in an unnatural direction. Depending on the plushie, Sometimes it's more obvious than others. For example, with this bear, for the most part it isn't too noticable, except that when you look at it directly from the back (looking at his butt), The right leg looks perfectly normal, but the left leg looks as though it is lifting up to "pee like a dog" or something 😆 And similarly, from the front it also looks like his left leg is going out to the side just a tiny bit. Do you have any suggestions for this? I am Pretty new at the whole crocheting thing, however I have quickly formed quite an addiction and have been croching every single day for the past several months. And I am a bit of a perfectionist, so maybe that's it. But I would like to eventually sell some of my work in the future, and I want them to be as perfect as possible. Let me know what you think...
Is it the cream twist yarn for the nose and charcoal yarn for the snout (both Barnet blanket)? This might be my first crochet ever and I want to get the colors spot on. I already found the baby blanket baby sand yarn but I just want to know what the other colors exactly are since I’m unsure while looking on Amazon. My guess is charcoal and cream twist but I am very unsure. I can’t find a yarn just called cream…
They are all bernat blanket but I'm honestly not sure if the cream color is still the same for bernat blanket or if the color still exists. Bernat blanket changed around some of their colors in the past years and I bought the cream color years ago (unfortunately, I don't have the label anymore to tell you the exact color name). You are right, the brown is baby sand and I believe the black is coal!
