1kg Chicken Breast or thighs (diced)
400g Blended Onion
3 Tbsp Garlic Ginger
2 Tbsp Bassar Mix or Mild Madras Curry powder what your have.
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
4 Tbsp Tomato Puree
3 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
3 Tbsp Mango Chutney
2 Tsp Red colouring ( You can use less effective beetroot powder)
3 Tsp Coleman mint sauce
Squirt lemon
2 tsp sugar
80ml - 120ml single cream ( I used 100ml)
1 tsp Methi
Salt to taste ( I didn't need or use)
Spring onion and coriander garnish
500ml boiling water
150ml Vegetable oil
Some water to splash if needed.
