You are correct that Leland has just about everything one would want in terms of shops. I'm down in Southport, (Town of St. James), and I've gotta say, that Leland has one of the nicest Walmart's that one could find. Big, beautiful, clean, and large. Have driven by Waterford and Brunswick Forrest so many times, but never driven thru them. Thank you for driving us thru them.
@@meyou4843 Speaking from experience, I absolutely would consider it. After a lifetime in big and busy Arlington, VA , we made the move here in 2018 when we retired. We knew this was where we wanted to be, and we have never looked back.
My wife and i are Retired Military in our early 60s and are Considering moving to Leland next year. How is the Crime in the Community? Is it a safe community? Thank you.
It's relative. Depending on where you are coming from it may be better or worse. You can look at neighborhoodscout.com or crimegrade.org or something else like those sites to determine your personal comfort level. I've got children and worry is not something that plays on my mind.
@@janroggeman1stClass . I’m a believer in the 2nd amendment too , which i served my country for over 20 years. Wife was concerned, i am not. Thank you again. We will be coming down very soon 🇺🇸
@@williamperri3437 Honestly can't say. Would you believe I've never ordered door dash? Nor do I personally know anyone who does door dash. Sorry for not having a better answer.
@@janroggeman1stClass can you review The village shopping center in Brunswick Forest and show a video of inside Lowes foods I want to see all the cool stuff they have there they have a lot of cool concepts they put in all their stores
You are right, there is very little in the $300,000 range right now. And when those price points become available, they are getting snatched up almost immediately. The best play is to be on the ready at all times if you're looking to make a move. Leland is really great area that is expanding like mad!
