Guys, check out my thoughts on a great efficient quick way to shave your head with the Pitbull Gold from Skull Shaver. To purchase visit the link below: Skull Shaver Pitbull Gold Pro - amzn.to/2MVEwE7
I just upgraded to the Platinum Pro version at the beginning of 2024. My first one had a little plastic piece that broke off inside, where it holds the blades in place. I've had it way longer than a year, so that warranty is expired, unfortunately.
Thanks for the review I've used many blades and shavers on my head, just bought one of these and looking forward to using it. Many thanks and all the best
I am balding badly at 37, and when hair gets more then .3mm will make me look slightly psychotic and 20 years older; shaving or trim tight and people estimate me to be in mid 20s. xD
Great review Matt. I been using the skull shaver for over 3 years and I love it. One thing I would like mention is if you go in a circular motion instead of the back and forth you were doing it works alot better and gets a closer shave.
The thing that’s keeping me from getting this is that I’m weird about the closeness of my shave. If i’m shaving my head, I want my chrome dome nice & smooth so I don’t have to worry about it for 2 to 3 days before my next shave. Seems like with this, I’d be using it every day or 2 days to keep the length down.
@@NoBSBeardReviews I just ordered one from Amazon yesterday. Do you know what’s a good amount of length the shaver is good for? My hair is a little longer than yours
I've been shaving my head for about 5 years now and have used many different types and brands of razors and shavers. I prefer a razor shave over that of an electric ( although I have yet to try this particular shaver ). But I have to agree with you on the convenience and time saved with an electric. My personal choice is a Schick Quattro, I too have some moles and if I use light pressure for the most part I never have issues with cutting them. Just my 2 cents. Love the channel.
I just got my skull shaver Pitbull Gold Pro and find it a complete waste of time. I have been using a Panasonic ES-LV65 electric shaver to shave my head for about 3 years and it shaves almost as close as a razor shave. But I heard so many positive reviews about the Pitbull Gold Pro I thought it has to be good. If I had not been using the Panasonic shaver I probably would have accepted the stubble left by Pitbull Gold Pro was the 'best' that could be expected. But now the comparison just wipes out the Pitbull Gold Pro as acceptable. The Panasonic leaves a smooth skin feel, the Pitbull Gold Pro leaves a head of stubble. Admittivity less stubble than what you start with but still too much for me to consider it an acceptable shave. If the Pitbull Gold Pro is supposed to be the 'best', they have a long way to go before they produce a head shaver that gives an acceptable head shave. I'm returning mine.
hi there i just got mine the pitbull gold model and only came with 4 head . you mentioned they send you a 3 head for your face not in the box ? so far i like how it shaves my head. thank you
I've been wondering about these. I have very thick stubble. And I can dull a razor blade in 2 shaves on my head. I'm willing to try and see. My thing is I like it close and smooth to the touch.
Shaving my head now for 5 years. 1st used the omni shaver. Got tired of that while getting nicks and cuts here and fhere. Plus $30-40 for replacement heads no more. Switched to my DE razor. Takes a long time. Have to be real smooth and slow or else major cuts. Always had my Panasonic arc 5 razor. Does a good job wet than dry. Takes a minimum of 10 minutes or more. Tried the equate 5 blade disposable and truly am blown away. I didnt think any disposable would get such a close baby smooth shave. I was skeptical but it was and still the best shaver i have used. Not even 5 minutes and smooth clean. Cant beat it.
I want to but after two time with my beard normal Razer it's a drag so now I am looking at this Skull Shaver :) Looks like they added 1 more blade to a beard shaver. All well everyone says it's the best.
I have been using the Pitbull Gold for a week now, I use it with shave cream applied with a brush and if I take my time it is very close to the same feel as when I used a Gillette Fusion Pro-glide razor. Very impressed with it, and the hairs simply wash out under warm water too. Thanks for the video, I wanted to see how others are doing with it.
I don't understand how people are getting these results. I just used mine today, and the results were underwhelming to say the least. I used up 20% of the battery, and it didn't even remotely shave as smooth as a Gillette. For the price, I was extremely disappointed.
Honestly...I was so disappointed with this, my mrs got it as a gift for me and I don’t have the heart to tell her how shit it is so I’m gonna continue spending ages with a shit razor in the bathroom and make out it’s the worlds best invention 😂😩🤦🏼♂️
So I had one for about a week and it was working fine. It was plugged in, charging, when the power went out for about 45 minutes. When it came back on, the battery was shot. Only works now if plugged in.
Tried one a couple years ago and didn't like it however mine came with the old style 5 head blade set up, the new 4 head Palm blades are supposed to be better.
Thank you for the review. I’m going bald it happens whatever I’m 33 and looking for a good electric head shaver do you recommend this. Yes or no? Honesty please
I just started shaving my head recently within the past few months. I had been shaving with cream and a razor the whole time, but I decided to drop 100 bucks on this thing and it’s pretty game changing. I’m 25 going on 26 and I’m losing my hairline due to genetics. This thing is great.
I absolutely love the Moto that you reviewed a couple weeks ago... the Pitbull looks like it leaves some stubble... not near as close a shave as a razor. Is that right, Matt?
I have to say it does not look like it does the job efficiently because it is not close to the skin that is the whole reason for shaving your head to get close to the skin is the most important I could give a crap on how fast it is it just doesn’t look like it does the job I will not pay my good hard earned money for something that just isn’t close enough so why spend the money ?
@@imrankhawaja410 yeah it works.. but nothing is beating a good ole razor I like the Gillette fusions ... if you want more of shadows have then use this ... it gets close but the shadow will be back by the evening
