Do you have the string of hearts in a very tall pot (right side of video). Do you fill it with just soil?

Yes, it's a string of hearts. I use succulent soil mixed with perlite for them. That tall pot was too big for them, so I repotted it in a smaller one

Glad it was helpful! Thanks a lot for such a nice comment! Please consider subscribing for more similar videos. :) I haven't grown Philodendron Erube/Erubescens, but it's a gorgeous variety with much larger leaves. I haven't seen it often in the garden centers near me. I'd like to grow one :)

Good morning @@AnnasViolets Yes indeed Philodendron Erube/Erubescens red variety (with their dark deep red/maroon color large leaves) is the most beautiful Philodendron variety I had ever seen :)) I live in the Netherlands , and we have them available here in our garden centers. I guess it's also sometimes called Pink or Burgundy Princess Philodendron (!?)

@@I.Khalil Good morning, yes I think it's often called Burgundy Princess. I have seen it once in Berlin, Germany, one small baby plant was 58 euros. But it was also at the time, when plant prices skyrocketed due to pandemic. Hopefully, I'll find them cheaper.

WoW @@AnnasViolets 58 EUR was indeed crazy expensive !! Philodendron Erube/Erubescens 12 cm pot plant here in Amsterdam now is sold for 13 EUR price

@@I.Khalil It was some sort of an exhibition for a couple of days. I think that's the reason why it was so expensive. If it were a garden center, it would have been much cheaper :)

Thank you for the video. I feel like a few of my leaves on my lemon lime touch each other and they turn brown on the spots where they are touching. I'm not sure why but I love this plant! I recently moved mine to be in less direct light I'm hoping it helps

Hey Brittany, it's a very beautiful plant with a very unique colour. I don't think the leaves get brown because of touching each other, maybe you water it too much, or the sun is burning the leaves?
