Here's an idea , rig up a solar powered water pump with a gutter along the bottom of the panels and a pvc pipe with holes or sprayer nozzles across the top of the panels and recirculate the water over the panels during the heat of the day maybe use some sort of evaporative cooling to keep the water cool. It's an idea, I don't know how well it would work. Thanks Lamar
