Did not work. Ended up with wet sticky garlic I had to air dry in the sun.

Can you try the tiny Indian garlic... Not the chinese pls

Some expert says it's not advisable to use hot water in case of long term preservation... Hot water may also change it's organic taste or for later use... What is your opinion??
