I got the vaxx as my parents were at risk and I knew someone who has been decimated by long covid , biggest regret of my life easily. Fasting OMAD and four day fasts monthly . Taking nattokinase, vit d, zinc quercetin, niacin, nac and glutathione. If anyone has any other advice that would be greatly appreciated. I never wanted a tiered society for those who were not vaxxed. Please pray for us. Some of us who have woken are trying absolutely everything to detox, nullify effects. Also pray for those afflicted by long covid. Love to all

Hi Declan, i've got something similiar. Fasting helps. I was looking at supplements. Have you tried ivermectin?
@joeyjustiniani3908
@joeyjustiniani3908 Год назад
i'm not a doctor but try nicotine patches, you might start sweating and feeling better. Nicotine is supposed to help against S1 part of the spike "Bruce Patterson suggests using several drugs in his protocol to achieve the goals.... When the S1 presenting Non-Classical monocytes undergo apoptosis, the S1 protein is destroyed, and the nano clotting, inflammation, etc. go away. "

I wonder if folic acid would help, all I really know know about it is that pregnant women take it to help build strong rna, you should have a deeper look at it than l have.

i didn't take the vaxx but did catch Covid19 (I think) from touching and close contact with someone who did. Eyes felt sore, headaches..i would say Nicotine patches helped. Never smoked a cigarette in my life but moment i took nicotine i started sweating, felt light headed however and stomach felt sore but better overall. 7mg patches + coffee + 2mg nicotine gum.

A simple tip; Any type of fasting is far, far easier if you're on a low carb diet. Personally, I've been low carb for about 3 yrs and 16-8 to omad for 2+yrs. I'm 62 and feel like I'm 35 again. :)
@paige8991

You are so right. It's so much easier to get past the cravings when you're sticking to meat and greens. I do full days where I wake up and go to bed on an empty stomach, and hit the gym in between and it's not even hard. Mind you I'm overweight but I'm 15lbs down in a few months and my add brain fog is gone. It's a miracle. I feel as good as I did when I weighed half as much in highschool. If a company could bottle and profit off the benefit of fasting we'd all be doing it.

You may miss out on autophagy. The body is so used to burning fat that cells will not die off so readily. Autophagy depends on stressing the body for short periods - adaptogenics. So that it kills the old cells off. They get replaced with new ones when feed again. Thought by many to be the main benefit of fasting. Also recall that a study with many nurses and COVID found that lose on vegan diets did best, vegetarian diets did well, and keto diets did badly. Often people feel better on a strict low carb diet as they cut out so much junk and eat better food. E.g. no more high sugar cereals, choc bars, pizzas etc etc That can be done on a high carb diet too. I switched to wholefoods med diet and feel great, way better than before when I was on the SAD diet. Other forms of adaptogenics are cold therapy, and exercise. The more it hurts - the better you gain. If you found it "easy" you may not be getting the benefits.

I got Delta last November. Several days of fevers etc. It was a strong cold. On the final day I was almost 100% and out of nowhere I got a tightening in my chest. It lingered for more than 3 weeks weeks and bothered me. I fasted (water only) for two days and it went completely away. Just my experience.
@cellgrrl

My 40 year old daughter got Delta about a year ago. She was well prepared, every required vitamin that is advised. She even had Ivermectin and drank tons of water and it was very hard on her. She was naturally very healthy to begin with, thank goodness. It was crazy what strange symptoms she would get and then disappear and be replaced by something else. She had terrible headaches that would last for days, then burning sore throat that would last an hour. She had burning lungs and then didn't. It was totally crazy. She returned to work Day 10 but it still took weeks to recover full strength. I had Omicron, and was equally prepared and had a much easier time of it, although I am much older, I did everything I knew to do. I was traveling about 20 days later across the country. I am so glad I never got Delta.

@@koukouvania There are over 14,000 'corona virusus', influenza sparks a fever to deal with the infection...requiring energy. When we eat 70% of our energy goes to digesting the meal. It's just my take as to why we 'starve a fever'. So.... history dictates all the old remedies and some of the new are of good use.... ie. Honey n lemon. Elderberry syrup, Rosehip syrup, Fresh herbs including pine needle and star anise tea (where the original flu vaccines were manufactured from), Camphor and eucalyptus oil, turpentine oil (from a specific pine tree...). @@Savitar.2020 ahead of the fast, you might want to try some Nattokinase (if you haven’t already. Also a couple hours away from any meal so the protein you eat doesn’t compete for it). It’s a powerful systemic enzyme that breaks down fibrin, but it can also break down any spike protein that may be lingering somewhere. Also, I found that I had unusual clotting when I had spun my blood in a centrifuge to get Platelet Rich Fibrin and growth factors for a micro-needling facial that I’ve done a thousand times before. It was approx a month after recovering from Covid and i had a very hard time filling the vacutainer tube during my blood draw and when i pulled it out of the centrifuge after spinning it, it was already solid, which never happened before. It normally takes 20+ mins after the spin before the clot forms. When I pulled the clot out and took it apart with tweezers and foreceps to inspect this thing more closely, I found this hard rubbery white clot in the blood clot, which had insane tensile strength. So I started taking Nattokinase, N-acetylcystein for a week and then I did the fast. I decided to check my blood again after that and it was back to normal. But having “sticky blood” will wreck your body’s ability to transport oxygen which feels like dying. I guess on a level it is dying. But i wish you the best of luck with the fast and if you can, try Natto and NAC. The best type of Nattokinase is called NSK-SD. I hope you feel back to yourself soon 🙏

This is an amazing video - thank you so much for making it. I woke up Monday with Covid (my daughter just had it). I immediately began a water-only fast, wanting all my body's resources to fight the virus rather than wasting energy on eating and eliminating. About 7pm on Day 3, most symptoms stopped, especially the terrible headaches and eyeaches. That's when I found this video and was encouraged that fasting was indeed beneficial against Covid. Now is end of Day 5 and I feel pretty good except for weakness, which is normal for fasting. I intend to fast for two more days, water only, to maintain the linoleic acid levels in my blood in order to interfere with any remaining Spikes. I'll end the fast after Day 7 for safety, as I was told by Dr. Goldhamer of TrueNorth Health in Santa Rosa, CA, that 7 days is safe unsupervised, but no longer that that without medical supervision.

They (those over 8 whose health allows) fast (in partnership with praying for "whatever they are concerned with") 2 meals the first Sunday of each month and donate "at the least" the cost of those meals to the poor - (more if they are able to - which most are able to). Also they are encouraged to fast (2 meals) to accompany personal prayers during the rest of the month - if for instance they need comfort, etc. or a friend/family member is suffering or they are concerned with something else (Ukraine, Hurricane victims, personal problems, etc.) Fasting seems to enhance sincere prayers - increasing gratitude, being aware of others' needs, validating feelings of God's love, enlightenment, etc.

@@Merogenomics I water fast twice a year for 21-42 days depending on my circumstances at the time. There are many Biblical references to such practices and for very good reason. I'm sure that in your practice that you understand the effects of insulin and cortisol and the benefits of counteracting both on the Human biological processes. I consider a 42 day fast as a "cure all",, simply because by the time you have worked up to this relatively simple regime (once practiced and understood) your body and mindset are already programmed to the aspects of calorie restriction and the huge benefits that are involved. It is only the process and practices that you have to master in order to ensure your safe passage, this is only achieved once you understand what is the elixir of Life and why it is vitally important to ensure that this practice enriches your life as opposed to taking it. A point worth noting is that I have had both Delta and Omicron variants and experienced Covid-19 symptoms with the Delta variant only. I took Metformin on the onset of the Delta variant because I understood the importance of restricting the binding mechanism of the virus using the restriction of sugar molecules long enough for my immune resistance to establish and overwelm the infection. I also used an ultrasound nebuliser to administer a Himalayan pink salt solution deep into my respiratory system (down to 1.0 micron through saturation and deep breathing). This part was purely experimental and therefore anecdotal in both instances, but I had a very mild and limited Covid-19 experience, thank the Lord, and have had no longterm effects till date. Through choice I have not been vaccinated.

Many foods are high in linoleic acids as well. Many seed oils, nuts and seeds, some vegetables, etc. There are charts online where you can find which foods have the most of this substance. However, linoleic acid is also inflammatory, so this should be considered as well. Commercial oils have usually been heated and put under tremendous pressure, and often bleached. It would probably be important to make sure the oils you eat are "cold pressed," and do not come from genetically modified seeds such as corn and canola. Getting the certified organic oils also ensures that the pesticides and herbicides used on commercial crops are absent.

Thinking about your expertise, Genetics, and the problem of copy number variation we see the problem. Non of us are equal. Also the dynamism of evolution also means that none of us the same. From what I understand 20% of everyone is the same. In mind, body and soul what works for one will not work for all the rest. So there is not a unifying theory of what works for you will work for me. Blessed as we are each of us possess a gain of function and a loss of function The continual evolution of each individual will not change those facts. The is inbuilt in all of us those CNVs. By the way, I think you are a great dude and supremely smart.

I'm not making a recommendation here, but I fast using 19/5. I eat within a 5 hour window. Steadily trimming down nicely and gaining muscle. I walk and use a workout system from the late 1800s utilizing light dumbbells. Sandow and Professor Attila system. I also personally practice a very easy to learn qigong system called Baduanjin. Above all, keep stress levels low.

So it appears to me that the benefit of fasting is it reduces the sugar in your system. As per your previous video, oligosaccharides at the cellular level are beyond important, the same with sialyic acids So the benefit derives from stopping the overload of sugar, the over production of PTMs and then returning the body to a keto state, which its natural disposition. The pentose phosphate pathway is more important than the citric acid cycle. I hope this makes sense

I’m so happy I ended up here. Someone on some podcast recommended this to follow. Unfortunately I have probably had Covid about 3 times. I’m not vaccinated and I live a healthy lifestyle and I do intermittent fasting. I regularly take the melatonin, NAC, zinc….etc. I get the same symptoms every time and it usually has me down for one to two weeks till I’m 💯. I’m presently recovering now from my latest bout. It’s a bit disheartening….I’m not an unhealthy person. I am concerned about the effects the virus might be having on me, but I do not want anything to do with those vaccines. They are still getting sick as well.
@Merogenomics
@Merogenomics Год назад
Ohh and we are so happy you found us. We completely understand that you have concerns about your experiences with COVID-19 and your hesitancy toward vaccination. It can be disheartening to go through multiple bouts of illness despite leading a healthy lifestyle. It's important to note that a healthy lifestyle, including measures like intermittent fasting, and taking supplements such as melatonin, NAC, and zinc, can support overall health, and you are doing great for taking that route. Keep it up. And remember it is important to respect our own biology, which is complex I too often get infected, but i try to not let it get me down. :)

Isn't vitamin D stored in fat cells so burning fat by fasting releases stored vitamin D?
@donutworry
@donutworry Год назад
Clever. I had never thought of that. Here's how BARD AI answers your question: "Yes, vitamin D is stored in fat cells. When fat cells are broken down, the stored vitamin D is released into the bloodstream. This is why people who are obese are more likely to be vitamin D deficient, as their bodies have more fat cells to store vitamin D in. However, the amount of vitamin D released from fat cells during fasting is not very significant. A study published in the journal "Nutrition and Metabolism" found that fasting for 12 hours released only about 10% of the stored vitamin D. So, while fasting may help to slightly increase vitamin D levels, it is not a reliable way to get enough vitamin D."
