I love how people from different parts of the world say and teach the same thing, because it's according to the Holy Scripture, the Word of God; the Bible:) That's how my mom taught me, that's how she fasted. And that's how I fasted and I felt like I needed to do that before God. Fasting did humble me and helped me to be more focused on the Lord at a difficult time in my life. So later in life, when I heard this "Traditional Fasting" I was kind of confused about those people.
