I know you've seen a lot of #softballplayers doing seat drops. You know, they stop 2 feet in front of a base, drop to the ground and extend their leg. That is not a slide, that is in fact a seat drop. You will quickly recognize the difference when you see Caitlyn and Walker actually #slide across the ground.
