Sorry dog. Gotta partially disagree. This song wasn't underated, but the group was. This tune sets the stage for the mixes. Has that mix vibe without even knowing that they are setting a trend that would bring any tune back I to the spotlight.
Thank 2 Live Crew, Too Short, Ice-T, CMW, NWA & many more in the mid late 80s for doing that. Plus the Golden Era Hip Hop Stars & Groups including The Fat Boys did that too, because after they were big in popularity & rich, they started flexin' they wealth with the song entitled "Baby You're A Rich Man" like every other rapper in the time period when they've got money, but yeah I'll agree never degraded females yet & extremely, but it was what it was in the Reaganomics Crack Sexploitation Era. Besides Hip Hop wasn't the only genre doing that, Mary Jane Girls did it with "Prove It", Madonna did it with "Material Girl", Gwen Guthrie "Ain't Nuthin' Goin' On But The Rent" & Janet Jackson "What Have You Done For Me Lately?" that fueled the fire for the fellas who've grown sick & tired thus just about had enough of the golddigging type of 🤬, then said those things because like Eddie Murphy said in Raw, you've got to get rich & have money in the 80s to Now. However I still understood thus enjoy the music even though I wasn't there in the early mid nu wave portion of the decade from being born in '88.

This is a TRUE hip hop classic! When rap was really RAP. The way these guys were jamming and having a good time, is just priceless! This is such a fun song to listen to. It makes me think back to when I was a kid; jamming and having fun just like The Fat Boys!

I was stationed at Torrejon Air Base, Madrid, Spain. The Fat Boys visited Discoteca Stones, outside the base. I got to meet all of them and they actually sang their hits. The "Human Beat Box" was kicking it. One of my fondest memories of all the club hopping that we did in Spain at tax payers expense....lol

My older cousin gave this record to me right before he went to the Navy. I was about 8 years old. I knew this was something special. Now here I am teaching my kids about real Hip Hop.
