I was just like you uso , the only thing that was in the way of me losing weight was definitely the cutting down on food lol , same thing too was a heavy drinker and all . The process was hard but now I'm in a better place and eating right . For now 👀😂 keep it up uso we all behide ya in your journey ofa atu toko 💯❤
He's lost 6kg the last time he weighed in. It's NOT a lot, but it's still something. I'm just waiting for the next weigh-in. What he loses in weight he may gain in muscle..so it may not look like a lot of weight loss. Hope he weighs in soon, though...waiting...it's not the end of the video yet, so I may be lucky? Lol
