Solid videos toko👍✅ keep staying consistent and getting up early for your trainings doko because your journey will be worth it champ💪🏿 I was 135kgs being the heaviest Ive ever been and always had those excuses that creep up on you and tell you that you can work out later etc. I lost abit of weight going down to 108kgs, training too hard and felt too drained out through my journey and im now sitting on 115kgs ,happy and still grinding💪🏿 the times i didnt go gym I watched another youtuber by the name of bullyjuice and all his videos are 100% toko, hes got 30day-60day challenges and its all free masheee haha but love your grind g will be supporting you from NZ
Yessah Toko I’m on the same journey as you I’ve lost a lot weight as well. I was 258 at the start of my journey now I’m around 229. This is my third week of meal prepping it started helping me a lot bro. Keep up the good work don’t stop healthy is very important

There's another version of that inflammation drink that you drink in the morning that I do as well. I use the same ingredients *ginger *turmeric *almond butter *ground cinnamon *hint of ground black pepper *and add a spoon of honey to sweeten it (you have to add honey, raw honey if you can find any) But you have to warm the water to blend everything in together. I called it the golden milk. It's delicious too😂 Great for inflammation.
Go on a low carb diet chicken and veggies or steak and veggies or fish and veggies try it one week and see what it could do for you. Keep it up you’re doing awesome. Ofa toko

@havea676 haha yeah Dox, you'll see the weight fall off if u can get some good sleep , cause all the muscle u have repairs and burns the weight while your sleeping. That's actually how weight leaves the body through breathing it out
Go for a run everyday bro, easiest way to lose weight 💯 cardio is all you need, doesnt take long either can easily run around the block a few times. Running is number one ☝🏾
