That's exactly what I was thinking. I thought I was about to hear the wildest "E! Tru Hollywood Story" of all time, better than Dave Chapelle talking about Rick James.
I'm from the South Bx. Boy George rings bells back in the 80's and the 90's. One of my boys from up north used to work with Boy George in the 90's Joe ain't lying about the reputation.
We from the generation before the “pause” era 😂 Where men just assumed everyone was straight and not everything had a double sexual meaning. Miss those days.
That’s what “keeping it REAL” meant when we were coming up. Ain’t no man on the face of this earth immune from mortality. . . Even the most ferocious carnivores on land (lions, grizzly bears) know when to retreat. A pitbull could display both aggressiveness and whimper in cowardice. . . It’s what being a living being is, able to display all emotions bro.
Was in FCI Yazoo, with a few of Boy George’s Code defendants from the Bronx. He had his whole crew wearing diamond crusted belt buckles with their names on them, had the James Bond cars with oil slicks coming out the back and all types of crazy shit. Real talk lol.
I'm from that area. Creston and 182 was the first spot that dudes were working 8 hour shift selling that crack. They had dudes down the block on every corner with CB's calling out 5-0. By boy green eyes Miguel lived right on 182 and Creston
@@user-ub5nq1yq4i😂😂 If I Agree Or Disagree with you doesn't matter rn, but they way I read the first comment and then yours was just so funny to me no cap 😂😂💯
@@GucciSosah Watch out how you're talkin to that guy. He's the hardest mf on fortnite, and might slide on you after he's done with his chores and homework 🤣🤣
He said Cortland avenue! Wow, interesting! I grew up on that Ave and 149st. Joe is a true icon of the Bronx, as J-Lo, French Montana, and many others. God bless everyone!
3rd Ave, I feel you bruh. Grew up on 163 Union Ave, Park Ave, Concourse Village used to Hustle on 158 Melrose. Met Joe at Tinton Ave PJ when he had the white MPV with the dent on the side he telling the real. Boy George was real out there in my time.
That doesn't mean he wasn't a ‘real’ gangsta. One planet has many world ‘states of consciousness.’ In one’s world, they are the worst, but there are other worlds, and at times, worlds cross paths, then survival of the fittest is in effect.
@@Dominiquekrystaldawnhe could i got a fat homie right now he like 350 he a hulk yo ass down and he can hoop matterfact i got 3 homies like that two of them can hoop too
There’s no way he would say he stood up to Boy George and it would be believable. And sometimes people are proud to tell a story that attach them to someone Big even if they’re on the losing end. Still makes them “look” good. Do y’all research on who that guy Boy George was.
Here goes Joe again, LYING!!!! This dude lie about every fuk’n thing and people in New York takes this dude seriously 😂 How many times is this dude going to get called out for lying about something before you Hispanics stop taking him seriously? Punns wife warned us about this dude over 20 years ago and y’all fools are still taking this dude seriously.
Back in ‘’94-‘95 I used to go to the Bronx on the train all the way from Brooklyn to see this girl on Jackson Ave. Joe used to try to talk to her and he would be at the corner store AAAAAAALL THE TIME. I cant even front. He was a big, intimidating type dude. But I aint never stare him or his people down. Nothing like that. But they got used to seeing me come through.

IT'S OFFICIAL : We are THREE anecdotes away from Fat Joe's story about his meeting with Jesus. And I mean Nazareth's Jesus, not some Spanish Harlem guy named Jesús.
I have no reason not to believe Joe he's from the city where these types of guys come from All over NY not just the Bronx every barough has a legendary Gangsta or Thug everyone knows about so him being from the Bronx I believe every word and the fact he admitted he got scared and then tried to apologize confirms that for me.
The same dudes talking about “dat go Hard” and “give him his flowers.” Same dudes thinking it’s ok to say your pants past your ass. Y’all saying gay shit all the time.
