Nikki Moore I mean there is a difference between fat and curvy and I think she is more on the curvy side. In my opinion if she is size 14-18 (uk sizes) us (12-14) she is curvy but over that is more fat.
SoLITarybeauty she has excess weight on her, which means she is slightly fat. Skinny girls can be curvy too, in my opinion she is probably more thick than anything.
And that is the problem. Fat. Fat, thick, overweight. What does that word even mean in society? To me it is a defining word. Overweight to me means that you have large excess that affects your health. That it says something about HOW healthy a body type is. When it is more than proven to go both ways with thin and thick people. Its how your genes talk that says something about your health. I want people to stop saying that and just accept different sizes as we have different bodys. Some are tall, some are short, some are chubby and so on. We don't have to sugercoat anything because there should be nothing to sugercoat? it should not matter wether you are a size medium or xxl.
I wish...im 13 and literally out of all my 6 other siblings im fat and the biggest...i hate my stomach even though im not as big as some people. I try diets and workouts and i suck at keeping it up and having motivation. But i justs started trying to run and stuff snd im hoping i can keep it up...i have been doing a bit better at loving myself but its so hard.

High cortisol levels will cause the body to hoard fat around the middle. Try doing yoga or mindfulness techniques several times a day to reduce those levels. A diet high in sugar - especially sugars from alcohol (beer belly, anyone?) also causes fat to gather around the midsection.
I appreciate that at the end you mentioned that eating healthy and working out is the true way to look and feel good and be healthy. Antonio Perez Never said that meat doesn't have nutrients but to me it doesn't outweigh the negative impact it has, animals eat plenty of plants but are also given supplements. I didn't mention it because there isn't a reason we need to get it from animals and look for the "right" meats. Meats get glued together and sold for high prices, most meat is processed and most people don't care the kind of meat they eat they just care about the taste and end up paying for it later in life. No need to call me names, literally wanting to help humanity wake up to understand that eating how most people especially Americans are, because it contributes to tons of food and water being used on animals that are killed, deforestation, their poop gets in our water and hurts our environment, and bottom line animals aren't ours... but no, just gotta have that protein, I just get mine from broccoli, spinach, chia seeds etc...

instead of using baby powder for chub rub, apply extra strength deodorant where your thighs rub, and A LOT of it! it works for hours and doesn't sweat off. I just discovered that this really works over the summer.

You can be fat and healthy too bro. I knew a guy who was three hundred pounds and had absolutely no health problems, he could even backflip and run a mile! I also knew a girl who was little over a hundred pounds and had serious eating too much issues and couldnt get off the couch without help. Fat can be unhealthy, but it depends on the person.

Actually, Johnson's Baby Powder has been linked to ovarian cancer. I'd suggest Gold Bond Medicated Body Powder or underarm deodorant. The latter works really well and tends to last longer. 👍🏼
Lyda Caceres this is why my mom would never use baby powder on me when i was a baby because it would cause rashes and yeast infections and generally just caused a lot of issues with baby girls

I actually found the opposite to be true in terms of the tightness of clothing. Once I got the confidence to wear tighter clothing I got questions about whether I'd lost weight. I think baggier clothing just hung off my boobs and made me look like a tent 😂
Exactly I have broad shoulders and a large chest but a smaller waist in comparison ( still I bit of a belly on me though) a tighter top and night waisted jeans tend to cover it up very well, better than a loose top at least.

I hate that people sere saying "exercise and diet it's easy" like it's really not that easy. I've been overweight myself, and it's extremely difficult to lose weight with diet and exercise, and it takes a while to learn how to change your eating habits. So, before you say losing weight is easy, make sure you've had experience.
Yeah, most of the people who say that probably haven't even had to lose much weight before. I think its a bit easy if you don't even think about it. I've lost some when I ate better... but it was only like that cause I would make my own food, and then my schedule was just so busy I didnt even have time to munch on random snacks like i usually do.

I was over weight, I'm 13 and last year during September I was 180 pounds, I changed my diet and ate healthy things and did exercise and now I dropped to 136 pounds. my legs are a little chubby and they get sore when i walk a lot too. they have this stuff i found at the drug store it's called 'friction defense stick' (ik weirdest name out there) but it's kind of like a lotion (and looks like deodorant tbh) that you put on both legs where they rub and it helps SOOOO much better than the powder option. and it's by Gold Bond so it has stuff in it that will soothe your skin if you already have the rash. I just wanted to comment this in case anyone else has this problem and needed help!

yes omg my knees look SOOO dark when i straighten my leg and like my knees are the only part of my leg that looks dark and the rest of my leg is all light and im really insecure about it so i dont wear shorts or skirts without tights under😂😂
One tip is when you want to look "slimmer" and want to get your hair in a ponytail (like she did on the vid) pull out some hair on the front part of your face (like bangs) Idk this works for me so :)) (I mean i dont have much confidence on my body and it hurts a lot bc i cant wear clothes i want)
