Leonel Aguilar it is lithium polymer should last for years but you can use any 72v lithium pack. It's a 17s battery so 17 cells in series

yup it does cost $500 on Alibaba , dh gate , and most of the Chinese websites but then its $250 to ship to the usa then you pay 25% tax import of what the scooters worth then you have to pay a customs fee around $100-$200 then you have to pick it up at customs or higher a freight truck to deliver which they charge $175 -- so total would be around $1200-$1400 pulpit takes 2 weeks from china -- lol good luck
