This would be a sweet platform for doing some upgrades. Get a bigger controller and mount it above the tire where the bag goes, double the battery capacity...

Great video. I had mine for less than 2 years and ran into the same issue. I saw one on Alibaba for $160 I think

They are inr18650 26e cells. I said it in the video but i cut it out. I should have left that part in
