i'm wondering if the hole in the front fender is maybe for a small bolt on reflector or something ? controller noise... could be capacitors.. could be a hall sensor.. could be a duff main power connector on the phase side with a loose wire on a connector.. could just be a cheap crapesium thing that "makes it work" controller
The hole is for a little cap, that goes over the fender. It felt off, while he mounted the front wheel and the fender got bended. The tire rubbed on the fender so, he just has to search for it in his garage, as it just poped off.
