32:42 Judging by Marco, Rock, and Terry's DPs, it seems the general trend in City of the Wolves regarding invincible reversals is that Light DPs are actually invincible, but you can't Brake them, whereas Heavy DPs are not invincible but can Brake. So in essence Light DPs are your wakeup invincible reversal options, Heavy DPs are combo tools.

No, you can only Guard Cancel into specials or supers or REV Blow. Since Just Defend reduces blockstun (at least, I think it does), you might be able to punish certain moves with a normal, but as for cancelling out of Just Defense or Hyper Defense it's only specials and supers and REV Blow. What happened here is he probably tried to Guard Cancel into a special move that had no invincibility, like Heavy Power Dunk or Burn Knuckle.
