When you think about It, Gramps acts like a Tsundere towards The other assassins. From his voice lines for tbe other 3 Hassans, He calls them fools for the sacrifices they made to gain their respective Zabaniya. It can be interpreted as a form of pity as they paid a huge price (Serenity for example can never know love, hundred personas is hundred people searching a single truth). Also this is just my opinion, but I think King Hassan established himself using skill alone instead of going through the trouble of modifying himself like the others.

Now that you mentioned AC-game, has there been yet any templars as servants? They were very powerfull group in 1100-1300 centuries in the Middle-east and in Europe.

Quite a lot of Templars, if you look outside of the games and in games. There is Julius ceaser and Iskander as ancient examples who had been aided by the Templars during thier lifetime and for a more shocking member, there is no other than Seiba or rather King Arthur.

King Hassan's low chance of instant death on normal attacks always surprises me that I'm ended up laughing, especially when I saw it pierces through an invincibility buff. Truly the Hassan of the Hassans.

My favorite is Fake Assassin, or the Zealot. Ironically, she's not TECHNICALLY a Hassan, since she never obtained the title of Old Man of the Mountain. She managed to master 17 of the 18 Zabaniyas, failing only to learn Hundred Faces's. As her "name" suggests, she's a complete Zealot for the Muslim faith, deciding to destroy the "fake" Grail and everyone who seeks it, including her own Master. She views the Grail as a cursed item that even managed to seduce the Old Men that she respected so much. One of the most fascinating things about her is that, when she meets an explicit atheist, ranter than kill him like you'd expect a "zealot", to do, she only sadly says that she hopes that one day, he'll see God's love. Basically, she's one of the most well developed Assassin-class Servants in the franchise.

@@otakudaikun Strange/Fake has a lot of interesting chararacters, but aside from Enkidu, none of them have appeared outside of that LN. I'd love to see Fake Berserker (Jack the Ripper, who isn't THAT Jack the Ripper, but is the embodiment of the Mystery of Jack the Ripper who can appear in any form, explicitly including that Jack the Ripper), Fake Assassin (the Zealot), Saber (a King Arthur turbo-fan who has the ability to turn anything he touches into Excalibur and use a minor version of Ionian Hettaroi), or True Archer (Sane Heracles, corrupted by Grail Mud into a Dual Class Avenger Servant), but sadly only Enkidu has appeared outside of it. Shit, I want Fake Caster to show up in FGO, if only so we can see Edmond Dantes interact with Alexander Dumas.

I pulled Gramps off a random summon ticket close to the end of his banner. Total luck Willie Wonka style. He definitely lives up to the legend. I don't even have his 3rd skill yet and he's still beast mode. For both lore and gameplay reasons I like playing him with the Art of Death CE. If you have the means, I highly recommend it. 😁

Probably say my favorite is King Hassan. and i am fortunate enough i got him during his event in FGO. Even tho still mainly using Jack the Ripper. pretty good Lore on the Hassan, even though i do not know much about them historically speaking. nor am I even sure if the Hassan Serenity was even real, same with cursed Arm. but i guess thats why they are such a enigma. a good assassin is one you never have much info on.

Hassan of the Cursed Arm may not be the best Hassan, since he went down in history as the most unremarkable Old Man of the Mountain, but he is by far my favorite, he was ultimately the only one among the Hassans, aside from King Hassan, who survives in FGO's Camelot Singularity. In Fuyuki? He kills a bunch of Servants and at least one Master. In Camelot? His characterization is expanded so much that at least 20-35% of the Singularity is about him being more fleshed out as a human. He also kills Tristan, not without endangering himself to his own arm possessed by a demon, and King Hassan frees Cursed Arm Hassan from Shaytan. In Chaldea and as a Servant in FGO? *A VERY PRACTICAL ASSASSIN WHO CAN REACH MAX ASCENSION, LEVEL AND NP LVL. EARLY IF YOU'RE LUCKY IN THE FRIEND POINT GACHA* Cursed Arm may be just a 2 Star Servant, but he's that Assassin we all might want to relate to because of his humanity. That, and his NP is basically *GOD FINGER* if it hits.

That depends on the situation. King Hassan is certainly the most powerful, but Hundred-Faced Hassan, Cursed Arm, and Serenity strike me as being more effective as assassins. If we are comparing personalities, however, my favorite is the adorable Serenity.

IRL The Old Man of the Mountain was actually Rashid ad-Din Sinan, another member of the Assassin's and not Hassan. Also Hashashin was an error made by Marco Polo when documenting the group and the actual name was Asasiyyun. also Azrael/Izrail: Abrahamic angel of Death Zabaniyyah: Angels of Hell (there were 19, which means King Hassan probably also has a Zabaniya which is probably Meditative Sensitivity as "Zealot/19th failed candidate" describes it as a Zabaniya not linked to any previous grand master and doesn't even know if it existed.)

King Hassan in definitely my favorite of them, and one of my favorite Servants overall. In my old whale account that I gave away, I had him at NP3. Now that my dumb ass decided to start playing again, I'm glad that I managed to get him back, even though he's just at NP1.

Interestingly, the real Hassan i-Sabbah never had the title of "old man of the mountain", while it is true that he was a leader of the Nasari Ismaelis and invented the strategy of war known as "the chain reaction"-strategy. Or Terrorism in short. In essence, terrorists kick a rock in order to start an avalanche. The killers of the ismaelis became known as the hashashin. Based on the word hashish, because the killers seemed to be in a drugged trance when they killed their targets, just to let themselves get captured despite the only thing awaiting them being torture and death.

umm well, gawain, a strongest knight of the round under the sun while boosted with "Gift" from the king. using his strongest NP in Buffed Mode Under The Sun Light. and Gramps just deflected that with a fricking Cape. That, And A Pyramid Falling atop of camelot castle, is my favorite moments in Camelot hands down

@@otakudaikun nah, zabaniyah are 19 angel that have a duty for torturing sinner under maalik command and azrael or izrail is angel that announce the death. you can see the different on them but i think first hassan NP is more fitting as azrael rather than zabaniya considering how the work his NP and i'm sure first hassan also have zabaniya cuz one servant can possessing many Np

Since only King Hassan is the only one of the Hassan's capable of winning the Holy Grail War I'm going with him. Plus he's the personification of death and probably one of the only servants who could probably backhand Elluma Ellish to the side without breaking a sweat.

You're wrong. In Islam, Azrael is one of the 4 archangels. Samael is an archangel in talmudic lore. Since King Hassan is an Islamic legendary figure the naming of his sword and NP does make sense.
