Riders are truly the fastest not just in speed but adapting too. Drake also ended up with Shinji in Extra but at least she made it work for a bit "no idea how" or Odyseuss in FGO where he was the biggest pain in the ass

@@jazz265 Archer comes from a timeline very similar to the Fate route, with the only difference being he was unable to save Saber from herself and her wish, and if I remember correctly they do learn about her identity in the Fate route.

@@jazz265 considering the fact that Archer tracing ability allows him to analyze the an object with so much detail including the history, it's more than likely he knew who rider was by just glancing at her chains, Tracing is honestly pretty busted when information about the enemy is important in HGW, he's basically a fake Ruler with that ability.

@@at0976 she herself wouldn't have won against salter, rider could only hold salter for two minutes going at full power and was able to land her np thanks to Shirou, but i guess you can say she can 1v1

@@Igno1001 its said in the VN that she fought Salter for 12 minutes straight though. I dont think she can kill Salter because of infinite mana, but she probably has one of the most fitting skillsets to fight her

@@mritunjaytripathi-cl2ep ye, as you said Rider kept up because of her speed and agility but because she was pushing her body to the limit, and actually, in HF both Salter and Rider have infinite mana because their master is Sakura, tho the difference between the two is that Salter can use that inf mana to be even stronger than she was in life while Rider has to push her body to the limit, but the point being that Medusa wouldn't be able to deal a fatal blow to Salter in that condition, because the whole fight and the reason it got so long it's because Shirou and Rider had a plan in place for the fight, if it weren't because of that, Rider could've never hit her NP on Salter and deal major damage, which even then wasn't enough to outright kill her and she would've regenerated in a few minutes if Shirou didn't deal the finishing blow

@Social Injustice Goblin that’s very different from the story in Pseudo-Apollodorus, Hesiod, and other sources... as an avid FGO fan I knew some elements of the tale were different, like the nature of her sisters, but didn’t realize they were this different...!

@@ravenwraith1017 For me always made sense that Medusa was Sakura's servant because their storylines are practically the same (if we compare the mythos and Fate, I mean). Medusa was a virgin maiden that served in an Athena's Temple, but Poseidon raped her and then Athena punished her for her "transgression", making her a monster. With Sakura is the same, she was a little kid when she was taken by the Matou family, then she was raped by the mystic codes of Zouken (correct me if I'm wrong) and then, by Shinji because she hated her. In Heaven's Fell, she becomes the monster. And, I believe that this makes more sense since in the last movie, Medusa said something to Shirou before the final battlle like: "Sakura didn't summon me with a catalyst; when a Master does that, the Grial assgined them with a Servant with the same ideology". I think that, since each of Fate route has a theme or an ideology, like Nasu said on an interview, what Medusa was refering here was about the fact that their share the same scars and traumas. I think they are together because, from a feminist POV, they find strenght in their sorority and their need to reclaim the power that was taken from them by men (and society in general) PS.: And yeah, I didn't know that the Fate storyline was so different from the mythos. But Nasu is a great writer, so it makes sense that both stories work in their on way

I'm done with the unfair treatment she gets when it was suppose to be her route in the fucking first place!

To be fair if she did survive Kuzuki then the same trick wouldn't work against her again just like it was stated for Saber

To be fair another guy who (supposedly) comes from the same place as Kuzuki took down an elemental in two hits and without any magical enhancements

She does have the same problem saber has but worse while working for shinji in fate and UBW. And Archer needs to know what's happening to be able to use his minds eye. Something as unexpected and sudden as this was outside his eyes scope.

@@destinyblade1167 I think its more that his mana rank is too low. From Rider's mystic eyes depiction from the stuff I found, mana rank C in instantly petrified, and mana rank B is slowly petrified. To resist it enough to get not petrified you need at least Rank A, and even then there's a decrease by a whole parameter in your stats.

@@punishedx what's mana rank? I can't find anything on the wiki about it. The only other thing I found was that his magic resistance is quite low which might have led to his defeat. But what I was saying is that if archer had any idea of riders capability he wouldn't have been in that situation. He would never have let Rin get close to rider and would have attempted to snipe her Look at how he dealt with all his opponents. He used a broken phantasm on Berserker from a distance since it was the best option, he immediately understood and countered casters powers of time manipulation and later acted as a Trojan horse. He never bothered to use his reality marble against Lance because he knew it wouldn't work against him Archer's Mind's eye tells him the best path to victory(which is why he betrayed Rin in UBW and stopped saber from touching rule-breaker in HF) but he needs to know most of the variables for it to work. Those mystic eyes surprised him.

However, without love, there is no hate. If sakura never sees hope, there will be no loss for her. Just like Caster in Fate/Zero once said, continuous suffering will not create fresh despair. If Rider kills Shirou before Sakura gets closer to him, the story may be different?

@@joseph8421 She is already close to him, there is no point of return now, the only thing that will happen is that Sakura is either loose her mind and tranform in Dark Sakura or kill herself because of guilt, it can be only one of those two and it doesn´t matter which one happens because "Sakura" will die with any option.

No not Sakura's mana pool. Sakura was just able to restore Rider to full strength because unlike Shinji she can actually supply Rider with mana.
