Terra is better at controlling earth magic like stones, mineral, soil, but Flora is better at manipulating plant.. Terra can sense something under Dowling grave but Flora cant (earth/soil magic).. Flora is able to use her magic (+ the dragon flame from the convergence) to resurrect Farah but Terra magic didnt give any sign of life essence to Farah resurrection plant when she's digging it (plant magic) plus Flora didnt need any plant or soil to summon vines through her fingers while Terra usually can only manipulate plant from soil or flower pot. Plus when they show Terra lost control of her power at Musa, she didnt use plant magic, instead she accidently use mineral/earth/stone magic to trap Musa (earth/soil/mineral magic), her wings is also not plant, but some kind of crystal or diamond, which mean her primary ability might be earth/mineral/soil magic/geokinesis while Flora is plant/chlorokinesis/anthokinesis.

i like how terra is an offensive earth fairy and flora is more so for support and defense.

flora was good at potions and botanical science too

This whole series is very boring. Even the cartoons are far better than the original.
