As a young man, 7 yrs that i dont bounce as good, and it hurts a lot. i did forget to say that's in decades. Be off grid it makes the job a lot more fun until the project is completed, and you say to yourself that it wasn't that hard, bu they did it. Take me so long. Take care, and have a fantastic week ahead
I run a Yeswelder 205ds which will max at 1/4" plate with flux core. It is a multiprocess machine so I can also do stick with it (although I have another machine for that too) basically all of the new machines are inverters so I don't really have any brand loyalty since it all comes from the same place anymore. If you have something that will be exposed to the elements like this that is also another reason to not break the bank. Biggest thing that is easy to overlook is the power supply itself. I run a generator with a 50amp dedicated circuit at 220 which makes sure the voltage stays consistent which is key for flux core
God "worked" and found pleasure in what He created. We were made in His image. So few boys have learned the joy of looking back on a good day's work and feeling the pleasure from seeing what they have accomplished. It doesn't matter if it is welding, engineering or even organizing a team of salespeople. I pray more people would cast aside their "virtual engines" of amusement for taking on the real world and building real accomplishment. It is fun and releases the spirit of a man. Even the mundane, after being endured until task completion, makes it worth it when looking back.
