Why do people have the thought that hymns are slow and boring? They are the same people who listen to profane music on social media which they think is fast and interesting. They are mistaken! For if they really pay attention to the powerful words of hymns, they will bow down immediately by the Holy spirit and surrender their souls to Christ at once!!

Who is still here in.2020. Hymns are just powerful

Great Job.....but would be greatful if Yu can do the Fante version too.....Wonderful voice.....This hymn humbles me anytime of hearing

Father, I know that all my life is portioned out for me. I need your strength, LORD

I especially appreciate the last line of the last two stanzas: "But a lowly heart that leans on Thee is happy anywhere" and "And a life of self-renouncing love is a life of liberty." The author is not writing words of doctrine but is writing something that was her sweet experience. May we experience the same kind of life, a life leaning on Him and a life of "self-renouncing love."

Hymns are forever the best, that's how God made them, u never get tired of listening to them, God made Hymns so unique, they don't have a replacement

Daily strength is indeed not denied when ask from the good Lord🙏❤
