How he walks out the room like an old man but has the strength of an ox and is dangerous around normal folk too funny and the way he runs at the window and he bounces back
If they had done an alternate scene for daytime viewing censorship, after Father Jack sees the rabbits and calls them rats. When Ted says "Yes, Father. We can see them too." Instead of Father Jack calling them "Hairy Japanese Bastards". Father Jack just walks out of the room. 0:07 and 0:14.
@@DarthWill3 Actually it's because he's drunk. In the Cigarettes, Alcohol and Rollerblading episode, Jack becomes sober when he's forced to give up the alcohol and he begins to remember a lot of things: chair, curtains, floor and gobshite. But, he doesn't know what a spoon is.
Channel 4 bleep out any word on All4 that they think could possibly offend anyone so "bastards" is now bleeped out on the official Channel 4 version of this.
That's the bit they were offended by? I'm surprised the 'Japanese' bit wasn't bleeped, and most kids would've probably heard the word bastard already anyway
2 2 Umm idk if that's true. Dougal had some of the funniest moments on the show and also provided comic relief as the bumbling sidekick. Ted was the only well rounded character in the show and was the perfect person to base the show around, as a neurotic, yet also greedy and selfish priest who doesn't want others to know his bad side. Father Jack has nothing except his random lines and while they are funny the show wouldn't work if he got the most camera time.
Some of Dermot Morgan's acting in Father Ted was actually good, especially in the Series 1 finale which Ted makes a speech about it snowing on Craggy Island.
