You gotta be picky about who you invite into your home. When my family has gatherings, we are very strict about which guests are going to be there. None of the youngsters are allowed to invite anyone unless their parents approve and those guests are not allowed to bring any tag alongs. There are rules too which guests are made aware of. We've been doing this for years and so far every party is safe, peaceful and cheerful.

It´s not ¨this young generation¨ I´m 47 and it was during my generation when people were getting shot for someone accidentally stepping on their foot. I´d say my generation was when it started getting worse....around the late 80s during the crack epidemic. This is the result and has not recovered yet.

Same here. My few friends keep wondering why I keep to myself and keep my circle small. This is part of it. I definitely tell my friends never to bring anyone I don't know to the crib....don't even ask.

I’ve never been one to let people hang out or “chill” in my home, and I’ve always been called “weird” for that. I don’t want anyone in my home disrespecting it, bringing their bad energy, or CASING it either. I’ll be sticking to that practice.

Supposed to, sure. But it's a bit of a _play it by ear_ kind of a thing when it comes to American law enforcement. One cop will take something seriously where as another is just trying to get through their shift without having to do any paperwork.

I will live a bit more differently with more gratitude in this new understanding. Please learn to be aware. But most importantly, DO NOT LIVE IN FEAR. DO NOT or it is all for nothing. Learn to take fear out and replace with love. Ohhhhhh…. it’s difficult and may take time on this journey but you will be rewarded along the way. I really have a hard time accepting it when people say that God called someone home when they get done like this. Am I wrong?
