U totally feel for your foot "sleep" my hubby was diagnosed with MS and he has what they call foot drop. He use to be an athlete, running. Now he has a cane. But he is back in his bicycle. PS I make a prawn curry for lunch today, just following ur tips use what u have. It is part of the clean plate club now💖

I love snoek Breyani, but most of my family doesn't fancy all the bones in snoek. So I hardly ever make it anymore, I usually made it with smoked snoek. Love the smokey flavors it gives.

Sorry for not watching your videos recently my mom passed away on the 17 August 2021 at 13h45.... everything happened so fast...our whole lives change in seconds....we buried her last Saturday......I am going to make this meal for tomorrow.... my dad's loves it but his in hospital my mom's death took a toll on him...God willing he will come home soon... thanks for sharing your amazing recipes aunty Fatima ♥️....stay strong, confident and never loose faith...
