Hello Cecille, I just had a chance to measure this for you to check. The top line of the bag when it’s flat and folded is at 18 inches whereas the bottom line of the bag is around 14.5 inches. I hope that helped!

Thanks for the question! I've been using the pouch more so than the bag. They've been holding up really well. I'll make a note to create a near-future video on a review after a few months of use :-) And yes, I did add another one - the larger version with no zip!

Hello, hope the review helped :-) The medals are fixed so unfortunately you cannot remove it from the tote. The letters are complete customizable so you can add different letters based on your preference. However once the letters are added, they cannot be removed or changed as they are fixed.

Hello Sherly! So I ended up paying duty tax which was $197.84 to California. This amount was part of the invoice but as a separate line item stated as “Taxes and Duties”. I did watch another RU-vidr (unfortunately I don’t remember who) and she mentioned she was able to circumvent the duty taxes by reaching out the them via email for the order as opposed to ordering online. You may want to contact them via email to see if they can help you with that if shipping to USA.

Hello! Yes, they do provide boxes. It's wrapped quite nicely in the box with tissue paper :-)

@@MrsSugi-vd7ms Oh gotcha. So unfortunately, they did not provide a standard box for the bag. There was only the dust bag for each item.
