Hi Rick! I always appreciate your videos, tips, products and advice. You have helped me many times with advice on this channel! I have a quick question for you. Currently I am only operating my business with an OP machine (it does really well) as im saving for a cimex in the near future. I use microfiber and microfiber scrub pads at your suggestion and I think they work great. I recently just picked up a new client that owns a movie theatre and their carpets are very very soiled and havent been serviced in a long time. I use DS2 as my main cleaning solution that I purchase from lorne here in Ontario. Diluting at 4oz/Gal has done a really good job for me, but some areas arent coming up as easily or as clean as many other areas in the facility. Now there is quite a bit of wear on the carpet as its an older CGD and they have a lot of foot traffic so I know those areas are going to be slightly more dull and not as "clean" looking as the areas that arent worn, but there are areas that dont have much wear that are just more heavily soiled than others. Would increasing my dilution to 5-6oz/Gal be helpful for getting a better clean in some of these more soiled areas?
Yes, on really trashed carpet - an increased dilution ratio can provide superior results compared to standard dilutions. With DS2 mixed at 6 oz per gallon, you can achieve a deeper clean in less time. Give it a shot.

Also, take your time. Make some additional dryish passes. Avoid over-wetting the carpet; just use enough solution to dampen/wet out the fiber. Making additional passes (increasing the agitation) will help when the carpet is in rough shape. @@EMERALD_CARPET_CLEANING

I really appreciate your guidance, it made my day much more efficient and helped my client get a much more thorough clean. They were very happy with the results!
Great products to have in our automotive detailing line! Thanks to hawk pro detailing 💯 wondering if extraction with our Bissell spot clean pro after agitation with a drill brush is the recommended method? Or just mopping up with microfiber towels, not sucking out with all that water. Most of the time our cleaning upholstery isn't super dooper bad. Thanks for the awesome products! 💯💦💪
