For those who don't understand, this was an April Fools Day episode. A lot of things were intentionally going wrong all episode. The 10,000th decorations weren't even for a real celebration.

This was a throwback to when Rachel crashed a yellow Mustang convertible in her first season as a TPIR model when Bob Barker was host. The bumper accidentally scraped the arch of the door. In this April Fool's show Rach rammed the Mustang through the door on purpose as part of the gag. If you look carefully the crashed door isn't real.

The entire episode, Drew kept saying they were celebrating their "10,000th what?" and that we would find out at the end of the show, but after the showcase winner is revealed, Drew says that the 10,000th thing didn't end up happening. So April Fools, no 10,000th thing to happen for that episode.
