6 eggs
300 g fresh spinach (you can also use frozen)
3 sprigs of fresh onion
1 onion
1 carrot
1 cup of rice (cup has a capacity of 250 ml)
3 glasses of water
4-5 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp mint
1 tsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste
