This veggie lasagna is so good y'all! #food #chef #foodie #recipe #yummy #cooking #youtube #life #cat #lifestyle
In a crockpot,
Layer:
A little bit of marinara in the bottom
Take some lasagna noodles and line them up on the bottom
1/2 container of ricotta spread out
Handful of zucchini
Handful of cut up cherry tomatoes
Handful sweet peas
Parsley
Garlic powder
Salt
Handful of spinach
Another layer of lasagna noodles
1/2 of ricotta container
Marinara
Zucchini
Tomatoes
Peas
Spinach
Finish top with lasagna noodles, sauce, & mozzarella/ parm
Cook on high for 3 hours

I love fresh zucchini out of my garden. I stir fry it with peppers, onions and tomatoes. Put a little Italian seasoning and parm cheese. Delish.

Meee too! And my husband. My teens don’t like it they say they don’t like the texture of zucchini. I used to chunk it up in my spaghetti. I think I’m going to get some zucchini and yellow squash and make my favorite summertime grilled veggies!

0mg kristin, bought a small crockpot for myself finally, and now I will be going crazy with your recipies. Wasn't that frankie foo foo? You can buy lasagna noodles already cooked. I willmake this for myself and freeze the rest. Loved bridgies nail And u should get yours done also. Only 3 more weeks until my women's club luncheon. I can't wait. I am so excited!! Zucchini is great sautéed in a skillet with sliced onions. I like to put yellow squash in with it too

Here's a zucchini recipe that my family liked. Some zucchini washed and sliced, onion sliced into half circles, your favorite fresh or dried herb, salt and pepper,and butter. Drop the ingredients into a fry pan, and saute (okay, fry) until lightly browned.
