Hi Ania! We have a couple of ways of tracking, but the most successful for us has been an internal Whatsapp group which is specifically dedicated to Lean improvements - it includes before and after videos, 2 second lean opportunities and 3s videos. We have between 20 and 30 improvement videos posted in every day, and by sharing the learning we have created a culture of continuous improvement where everyone in the organisation has a lean mindset.

Hi Ryan, What racking do you use on minute 3:10? I have been looking at a lot of racking but can't seem to find any which we can put wheels on. Thanks in advance.
