The first #DatePalm #Festival, titled "#CelebratingTheSweetnessOfSindh," was hosted by #Sindh #Agriculture University (SAU) Tandojam at the DHA #CreekClub, #Karachi, on Saturday, #August 10th, 2024. The event was organized in collaboration with the Government of Sindh and the Creek Club. Provincial Minister for Universities and Boards, Muhammad Ali Malkani, Dr. S.M. Tariq Rafi, Chairman of the Sindh Higher Education Commission, Dr. #FatehMarri, Vice Chancellor of Sindh Agriculture University, MPA Barrister Halar Wassan, Brigadier Abrar Hussain, Secretary of Creek Club, and progressive farmer and former caretaker minister Ghulam Qasim Jiskani were among the notable attendees who visited and delivered speeches during the inaugural event.
