How does eco mode work with a boiler using external weather compensation? Will eco mode cause a conflict or is it able to learn/understand the changes in boiler demand as the outside temperature varies?
At the end of the video you talk about opentherm and with some manufacturers it blocks the heating controls when you connect using opentherm expecting it to be done by the new controller. I am looking to install a full wiser kit on a Ideal Vogue Max boiler, In the list you say you are compiling will this currently block the controls on the Vogue Max or is this boiler one of the ones which is currently working OK. We are currently working to improve Wisers implementation of Opentherm, however it will still only be compliant with boilers using the Opentherm protocol. Some boiler manufactures use there own protocol that we aren't compatible with.
