People need to know that Foreign govt should not be talking to you via phone, and especially not ask for money.

I think I’ve been targeted. I think it’s Chinese apps. I didn’t start having this issue until I started using Chinese apps. They text you like “oh are you Mary” or whoever else then try to get you to go to dinner.
